Manage Your Profile
Your personal info, listings, add new listing, bookings at your place, your traveler reservations and many other details are all found under your profile menu and can accessed on desktop or mobile. Your messages inbox is also found here and is where you will receive messages from travelers who may want to book your place or have questions.
Eech of your listings has it's own calendar and you can block dates by creating an "owner reservation". Just select the date so you want to block. YOU will also see existing reservations here and can plan around these reservations blocks as needed.
Our staff will help you set your initial pricing. You are able to adjust your price at anytime in each individual listing dashboard. Just look for the "pricing" section. Prices generally range from $20/night to $100/night depending on location and the services offered.
YOu can see a list of all of your bookings under the "My Bookings" menu in your profile. YOu can see reservation/bookings details and manage the booking here.
Set Up Your Parking: Safety. Access. Cleanliness.
Safety is goal #1. Cleaning up debris, adding some kind of outdoor lighting, making sure the access is obvious and well described in the listing. Just make sure that the space looks and feels like it is set up for travelers.
Top Ammenities: WiFi. Water. Trash.
These are the top amenities that people are willing to pay extra for. WiFi extenders, garden hoses, trash bins, and solar powered string lights are low cost investments that can really pay off.
Other Ameminties: Hot Tubs. Pools. Outdoor Grilles...
These types of amenities can add value to your listing, but also add risk. ParkingFit suggest that hosts not allow any access to indoor/home spaces, and if you have outdoor facilities that they be carefully managed.
