Customer and Host IdentITy Requirements
Identity confirmation is one of the most important safety elements of using online platforms such as Parking Fit. Customer and Host users are both required to provide a copy of their passport or driver's license, issued by a US State, US Federal Government agency, or a foreign Passport issuing entity. User identity documents are stored at their user's profile and are only visible to Parking Fit staff and to a host for a booked reservation.
Vehicle Ownership and Insurance Requirements
All customers must provide basic info about the vehicle that they will be arriving in and parking at a hosts' property. The customer person who makes payment for a booking should have their name associated with the vehicle's title, insurance or rental agreement. This ensure that the host knows that the vehicle and the person who made the booking are associated. All customers must carry current driver's liability and loss damage insurance coverage for their owned vehicle, or the vehicle that they have rented.
Mutual Non Discrimination Policy
Host and customer users will not engage in any type of abusive conversation, abusive or undue actions with each other based on another users' race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality or political affiliations.
Respecting Municipal property and rights of way
Host and customer users will not unlawfully block, damage, or otherwise abuse any municipal property or right of way, and hosts shall not claim or operate a Parking Fit parking space on any municipal or other property that they do not own or exclusively manage and control.
Terms of service violations consequences
Users who violate any of the main Terms of Service listed herein shall have their profiles suspended or deleted, and any outstanding payments or payouts may be forefiet and the user may not receive any refund or payout for prior transaction activity.

Customer Refunds Terms
Customers may be due automatic refunds if they cancel a reservation before the no-refund cut-off date which is 3 days prior to check-in date/day. Any refunds requested by the customer to the host may be authorized or denied based solely on the hosts' discretion and judgement. Any unresolved disputed refund claim by a customer must be managed by creating a "payments request" to the host, and the host and customer will be required to manage the ongoing refunds payment dispute between each other in a manner that they feel is appropriate and outside of any away from the Parking Fit platform.
Managing Disputes and Damage Claims
parking Fit provides excellent messaging tools and transactions info for users to help them communicate about and track their transactions with each other. Any damage claimed by a host or customer or any booking payments dispute must be managed by creating a "payments request" to the host, and the host and customer will be required to manage the ongoing refunds payment dispute between each other in a manner that they feel is appropriate and outside of any away from the Parking Fit platform.
Respecting Neighboring Properties
Many parking spaces listed by Hosts on the Parking Platform are in urban or suburban areas and are not set-up as, r in appropriate areas to be operated a s"campgrounds", and all efforts should be made to respect the residential or commercial nature of the parking space that is being offered. Hosts and Customers should make all efforts to not disturb any neighboring properties.
Good Faith Conduct requirements
All users agree to use the Parking Fit platform in good faith; Meaning that they shall not make any malicious, illegal, or abusive actions, language or communications with each other, or with the Perking Fit management and staff.
Payments and Bookings Fraud Consequences
Any user found to be listing parking spaces that they do not own or control, making fraudulent payments, making false damage payments requests, or any other false, misleading, or deceptive claims or actions will be immediately removed from the active user list, any reservations will be cancelled, and any outstanding payments made the customer user will be forefeet from refund, and any host user payouts will be suspended and may not be paid.
